Also adopted on that date was an increase in annual dues to $20 /year

Dues are collected in December of each year.

THE ADVISORY BOARD

The advisory board was created to keep order for ALL club decisions and to keep communications flowing between club members. It is an “advisory” board that should let members have a voice in any changes, by bringing “recommendations” to the club for action. Small changes, such as -do we race because of track conditions or weather- would be up to the board. The board would also produce ideas such as an “open house” or out of park participants to race on our track etc. and then have the membership decide. The board is NOT a decision making body, IF a club member has a complaint, or recommendation concerning club Activities, or racing events, they need to start with the “Club coordinator”-Jerry Hudson, and he will bring those ideas or thoughts to the board meeting. Club Coordinator can call for a “board” meeting at any time.
