Process to order shirts

1. Download form and print out (see below this description) Pricing and size availability is on the form. Shipping is included in price.

2. Email shirt size wanted, type of shirt (polo or t-shirt) and picture of car wanted on the back (taken as wanted to be seen on shirt. 
Use a light surface with a light background). Shirt color is already designated by the club (Yellow). Email that info to: amomentengraved@gmail.com 

3. Snail mail form filled out with check to:
